REGISTRATION POLICY FOR IEEE ACTS-2026:

• In order to publish your paper in the IEEE ACTS-2026 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, at least one author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference.

• The paper must be presented by its author at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission in advance of the event for a substitute presenter who is qualified to both present and answer questions.

• Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE-formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.

• A student author/co-author of accepted papers at IEEE ACTS-2026 is eligible to present his/her only ONE accepted paper on the concessional rate of IEEE/non-IEEE student member registration.

• An author/co-author (student or non-student) of accepted papers at IEEE SILCON-2022 is eligible to present his/her maximum of TWO accepted papers on full IEEE/non-IEEE member registration.

• Receipt of the Registration Fee will be provided to the registered authors only.

Registration Fee Details

Category 1: Full Registration

• Authors (IEEE Members): INR 10,000

• Authors (Non-IEEE Members): INR 12,000

• Participant from Industry: INR 13,000

• Foreign Authors (IEEE Members): USD 300

• Foreign Authors (Non-IEEE Members): USD 350

Category 2: Registration with Student Concessional Rate

• Student Authors (IEEE Student Members): INR 8000

• Student Authors (Non-IEEE Student Members): INR 10,000

• Foreign Student Authors (IEEE Student Members): USD 250

• Foreign Student Authors (Non-IEEE Student Members): USD 275

Category 3: Non-Author Registration 

• Participant only: INR 1500/USD 50 (for foreign participants)
